A national footwear retailer with over 200 retail locations was struggling to gain traction with online sales. Their existing e-commerce site was outdated, difficult to navigate, and inadequately reflected their brand. Despite rising consumer trends towards online shopping, their website contributed to just 8% of total revenues.
To capitalize on the rapidly growing e-commerce market and boost online sales, the company hired our design agency to reimagine their entire digital presence.
